TankPuzzle is developed and operated by Dalibor Maksimović. By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.
The game is rated Everyone. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to have a minor's data deleted.
You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

The game is free. All levels and features are included at no cost. There are no advertisements, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. The game never asks for payment details.
You choose a username (pseudonym) and a country when you first launch the game. The game generates an anonymous User ID stored on your device. You are responsible for the pseudonym you pick and for activity associated with your User ID. You may ask us to delete your progress at any time.
You may add friends from the in-game player list. You may remove a friend or block any player at any time. Blocking hides each player from the other. The game does not read your device contacts.
The game maintains per-level, country, and global leaderboards. Scores obtained through cheating or exploits may be removed or reset without notice.
Online multiplayer features are provided on an as-available basis. You agree to behave respectfully toward other players and not to disrupt or abuse multiplayer sessions.
The game includes an optional public message board. Any message you post is visible to all other players. You are solely responsible for all content you contribute. We may remove messages and suspend users who violate these rules.
To report a message, username, that violates these Terms, contact us by email. We will review reports promptly. We may remove content or suspend players who break the rules.
The game and all of its content are owned by the developer or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you. "TankPuzzle" and related marks may not be used without permission.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the game or its online features at any time. Online features require a working internet connection and may be unavailable from time to time.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You use the game at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game or its online features if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the game and ask us to delete your data at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
