This page explains how to have the data TankPuzzle stores about you permanently deleted from the developer's server. The request is free, and you do not need an account or a password.

TankPuzzle has no login and no account system. Your data is identified only by a random User ID generated on your device, next to the nickname you chose. That is why a deletion request needs those two values — they are the only way to find your data.

You can ask us to delete everything, or just one part (for example only your profile photo). See the full list below.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Open TankPuzzle and go to the Settings screen. Your username and your User ID are shown there.
Send an e-mail to dalibormax100@gmail.com containing both values, and say what you want deleted.
We reply to confirm, then delete the data. Everything is done within 14 days of your request.

If you can no longer open the Game (for example you already uninstalled it) and do not know your User ID, write to us anyway with your username and roughly when you last played — we will try to locate the record and confirm with you before deleting anything.

WHAT CAN BE DELETED

ALL OR PART — YOUR CHOICE

Name any of these in your e-mail, or simply write "everything":

Profile photo — the image file is deleted from the server and no copy is kept.
Username and User ID — your player record itself.
Scores, total ELO / rank, and achievements — this also removes you from every leaderboard, global and country.
Messages you posted on the public board — a single message or all of them.
Friend list and block list, in both directions.
Match data — results and move history from co-op and versus matches.
Play session records — these also expire on their own after 30 days.
Everything we hold about your User ID, in one request.

Deleting your data does not block you from playing. The Game keeps working and simply starts a fresh, empty profile.

WHAT WE CANNOT UNDO OR REMOVE

PLEASE READ FIRST

Deletion is permanent. Deleted progress, ranks, achievements, and photos cannot be restored — not by us, and not by reinstalling.
Data on your own device is not covered by this request. Uninstalling the Game removes it; conversely, uninstalling alone does not delete anything already stored on the server.
Your device's push token is issued and held by Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging), not by us. Turn notifications off in your device settings, or uninstall the Game, to stop it.
Standard hosting logs. As with any website, the hosting provider's server logs may briefly record connections for security purposes. These are not part of your profile and are not used to identify or profile players.

YOUR OTHER RIGHTS

Besides deletion, you may request access to or correction of your data, and you may withdraw your consent to any optional feature, using the same e-mail address. Because the Game has no account and no password, we identify your data by your User ID rather than by verifying an identity.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Full details of what we store and why are in the Privacy Policy.

Parents and guardians: if you believe your child has provided data — including a profile photo — write to us and we will delete it promptly.
